X Factor Coatings SWFL was built by Leo, Cole, and Connor as a local, family-operated business serving Southwest Florida. Leo helped lead the early direction of the company through his decade-plus of experience in the concrete coating industry. From there, Cole and Connor learned the business, followed the process, took on more responsibility, and helped build X Factor Coatings SWFL into what it is today.
What started as experience, family, and hard work has grown into a company we are proud to put our name on. Each of us has played a real role in building the business, serving customers, and creating the premium standard people now recognize when they see an X Factor 3-layer full-flake floor in their residential garage or commercial space.
We are still local, still family-operated, and still personally connected to the work we do every day. We never use acid. We use heavy-duty Lavina and Superabrasive diamond grinders to open the concrete pores. We pair this elite preparation with premium Simiron coatings to guarantee a strong, permanent bond. We do not cut corners.
